This week I have decided to communicate with all of my loved ones and share some of the experiences I've had in this past week. First of all I want to share a scripture 27 O then despise not, and wonder not, but hearken unto the words of the Lord, and ask the Father in the name of Jesus for what things soever ye shall stand in need. Doubt not, but be believing, and begin as in times of old, and come unto the Lord with all your heart, and work out your own salvation with fear and trembling before him.
And a quote "As sons and daughters of God, we are not physical beings going through a spiritual experience, but rather spiritual beings going through a physical experience."
But overall in this past week I've seen so many miracles that the Lord has been blessing me throughout my mission. This week started off really well. We set some really high goals and destroyed them. We were able to find 12 new people and then have an insane amount of lessons with members. My companion and I really saw the Lord's hand helping us out with missionary work. Just want to share one of the miracles we saw.
On Wednesday we went over to one of our friends' houses, his name is July. We talked about the importance of baptism and how each of us need to come to church to enter into the fold of Christ. So I was talking to him about this when he said that he is going to make these changes and start committing to actively keep the commitments and change his life. So it's been very interesting to see someone with such a desire to follow Jesus Chirst. And then we were able to call a member and he shared his testimony about the importance and the change that he has felt as a member of the Lord's church.
The last thing I'd like to share was something the MIssion president's wife shared with us this week.
A missionary is someone who brings others to the feet of Jesus Christ in whichever way. I invite all of you to try and be a missionary and invite someone to come unto Christ.
