Hello everyone this one will be short. We had our transfers this week and I'm staying in Leiria but my comp is leaving. I am sad about that but I found out my new comp is Elder Guttenberger and he is from Spain and doesnt speak english so this will be interesting. 😬 I know this will help me a lot in learning Portuguese and l know God has a plan for me.Â
I really like this scripture Alma 26:12 Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in His strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever.
I really like this because it's a subtle reminder to forget about myself and remember why I'm serving a mission. I’m here to forget about myself and my wants/needs and focus on the Lord and the people that I have been teaching. I promise that as you do that Heavenly Father will bless you with happiness and many other things, as I have seen Him bless me.
