Hi, my Name is Mable. The topic I will be speaking on is John 3:16, "for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
God loves everyone with everlasting love. He is the Father of our Spirits. We are his children. He loves each one of us individually and wants us to come to know and love him.
He sent his Son, Jesus Christ. God knew that this life would be full of challenges and uncertainty. He knew that we would fall short and make mistakes. So he sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to earth. Jesus lived a perfect sinliss life. He taught His gospel and showed us the right way to live. He willingly gave his own life as a sacrifice for our sins. He is our loving Savior and Redeemer.
We should believe and follow Him. While, Jesus was on the earth, he taught his gospel. He taught that if we believe in Him, repent of our sins, and are baptized of water and of the Spirit, we will not perish and will be forgiven. Jesus' sacrifice makes that possible.
