Hola a todos!

This week was pretty busy, filled with a lot of neat little miracles and lots of picking up with the work. We're so stoked to see all the miracles happening! It feels like it's about time!

First if all, our friend Jesús is officially back on date for baptism. He finally got back into contact with us, and weve been meeting with him consistently We pushed it back a week to make sure that he was really ready, and he totally understood why. He's super ready for baptism, but he just needs to drop smoking. We have a lot in faith in him, but he's been going through a TON of personal challenges and health problems as well. Keep him in your prayers! He needs it big time.

We also had a family home evening with a family in our ward a couple weeks ago, and we asked them to have another one, but include the family that was living with them. We came the next time, and everybody was all lined up on the couch, ready to listen to the missionaries! It was really neat. The new family was from Peru, and they had a 1.5 year old son who would just run around and throw toys and crayons everywhere. The husband also spoke PERFECT English, which is really rare. When people say they speak English, they can usually communicate but with the thickest accent ever, or they don't really know what they're saying. But he lived in New York for 8 years, and literally spoke English without a lick of an accent. I was genuinely shocked. But anyways, they have close family who are members and live in a house of members, and so they've had a bit of experience with the Church. But we talked about the Book of Mormon and invited them to read it all together! They didn't have enough time to come to church this week, but we scheduled another FHE with them later this week and we're soooo pumped!

Our friends Flavia and Carlos have been really busy, but they have asked some questions about the Book of Mormon, which means THEY'RE READING IT. Very proud of them, but they're off doing work or off enjoying vacations. August is a tough month for missionary work, because EVERYBODY leaves here in Spain. It's always really frustrating when you text someone to meet up and they say, "Estamos de vacaciones." But we just gotta be a little patient and wait it out. It's not in our timing, but the Lord's timing!

¡Cristo vive! ¡El Libro de Mormón es verdadero!

¡Os amo!
