California requires a background check for all adult members who work with minors. We are providing 3 different nights to sign up and have the background check completed.

About the event
California law recently added a requirement that Church employees and volunteers who work with minors to undergo a criminal background check. This page provides basic information to help you through this process. (You may be interested to know that the background check searches only for certain serious offenses, not for traffic or other minor
issues.)
The Stake will be holding 3 events in September providing the Live Scan fingerprinting service needed for these background checks.
